First, please create a restore point.

Please download and save this file.

http://www.dllme.com/dll/files/mcupdate_genuineintel_dll.html

rename "mcupdate_genuineintel.dll" in the "c:\windows\system32" folder to "mcupdate_genuineintel.dll.old"

copy the new file into the same directory...

restart.

Does the problem persist?

Hi

WLAN driver is causing issues for you.

BugCheck D1, {fffffffffffffff8, 2, 0, fffff8000661a253}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\wsimdx.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for wsimdx.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for wsimdx.sys
Probably caused by : wsimdx.sys ( wsimdx+c253 )

It seems to be very old and incompatible with Windows 8.

Loaded symbol image file: wsimdx.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\wsimdx.sys
    Image name: wsimdx.sys
    Timestamp:        Tue Mar 17 11:49:55 2009 (49BF410B)
    CheckSum:         0001DDA9

Please download and install latest version from the below link.

Other than that you should uninstall SeriousBit NetBalancer Internet traffic control and monitoring tool completely. It's driver seems to be contributing to the BSOD situation.

ffffd000`36730688 fffff800`01f93db8Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nbdrv.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nbdrv.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nbdrv.sys
 nbdrv+0x3db8
ffffd000`36730690 00000000`00000000

Almost all network traffic monitoring tools hates torrent clients. So if you want smooth torrent downloading, make sure not to install any traffic monitoring software.

If the BSOD continues, please upload the latest crash dumps with next reply ( you can now delete all the minidumps ).
