My taskbar still functions but I cant see the buttons in it because it's all black. I tried to change themes and make the desktop look pretty and ended up with a bunch of problems, so I erased all the stuff I had downloaded and after that it was messed up. I've tried to change it in the display menu, but no luck... I've even tried system restore; that seemed to work but after I started it up the next morning, it was black again. hope someone will be kind enough to help.

See if this handy tool will help ya out click here Just hit the download button. You dont have to buy it. You dont have to put in your e-mail and all that other stuf. Just hit download. Unzip it. Run it. You get a few extra features with the full version. The free version should fix you up just fine.
