Laptop freezes or crashes

Hi there,


I have a 'factory reset' laptop that runs fine when browsing internet etc but freezes or crashes when I run larger programs ( EZ drummer & Home studio 7 specifically )


654GB Free space

Acer Aspire 5742g

i5 2.54ghz

4GB memory

64 bit



Please help!

Please download MiniToolBox to your desktop and run it.

Check mark the following boxes:

  • List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Devices (Only Problems)
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size
  • List Minidump Files

Click Go and copy & paste the log (Result.txt) into your next post.
