Ipad problem

Hi my little granddaughter got a new ipad for christmas and i dont know much about computers but know even less about ipad`s.But the problem is she`s been constantly downloading these apps into it and now ive noticed that its running very slow and the screen keeps freezing so i was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of the best program or whatever software to clean it up for her i would be much oblidged and greatfull for any help as i said i`m not a genius when it comes to computers also sorry but i dont even know what make it is apart from it has "samsung" on the back and i`m sure i heard the word galaxy mentioned but not 100% positive` sorry couldnt be of more help .

Hi folks ive found out a little about the type of ipad it is and found out its called the "samsung galaxy tab 3 ipad" anyone know any software i could run to clear it up from apps ?

Well, it's not really an iPad, it's a different type of tablet, iPads are made strictly by apple, not samsung
