boot up problems with acer m3100

Desktop stop booting up right. When i turn it on, it doesnt go into the BIOS. I have to clear the CMOS to get it to boot up regurlaly again. 
Also when i took out the ram to see what it was, It did not beep or anything. After I clear the CMOS it works fine again for a few time until i leave it off for a few hours.

replace your CMOS battery, it is failing.

thanks do you where i can find a manual to take it out it's lock seems tricky.. dont wanna break it
