My Dell desktop PC has been making sounds without any apparent external activity recently. The sound is the same sound that a system makes when you click on something with your mouse - that standard "click" sound. Only it happens every few seconds. What could be triggering this? It is mildly annoying and a wast of resources. Or at least just annoying.
