I was just wondering why my post keeps getting skipped and not answered. I posted twice, same thing happened???!!!

Multiple posting of the same HJT log doesn't get you help any faster. It only confuses matters.

HJT logs are generally analyzed on a first-come first-served basis.

HJT Techs see a different listing of logs than the general membership sees in the HJT Forum. There you are seeing new logs as well as all the other logs being worked on at the same time.

The HJT Team work through many logs in a days time. You'll just have to be patient and wait your turn.
This may take several days or longer.

If after five days you've not had a response, you may post that info in this thread.

Please don't post non-HJT items such as this within the HJT forum.
