Most of the time when I see an error message with page fault it is due to a memory issue. Physically check the RAM to make sure they are secure in the slots, next run a memory test to see if it comes up with any errors.. If so, take one out at a time and run the test again. Process of elimination..

This laptop is an HP Pavillion G7-1265nr notebook pc. Also I tried scanning the memory with no results. I only want to open up the notebook as a last resort.

Thank you for your help, but I'm not sure what drivers in particular I should update.
