i get a desktop.ini notepad on every startup

I get a desktop.ini notepad everytime i start the computer, it says the following-

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

 

=============================================================

along with this i got another message when i shut down the computer. it is  labelled as DATA EXCECUTION PREVENTION. it says it has stopped the windows explorer.

 i have scanned the computer with my antivirus and nothing has identified. help me to come out of this.thanks

thanks for the direction. i could done away with the start up problem, but the end part still exist.but strangely the notification comes only when i shut down the computer after using the jetaudio player.recently i scanned (=searched)the computer for mp3 files by the player. now i have got a  list of mp3s stored in different part of my computer and i am able to play any file as well.i encounter the said problem on shut down after this search was made.

You can see if disabling DEP for jetaudio player and or explorer.exe will solve the problem but I would advise against disabling DEP for explorer.exe.
