Laptop Freezing , "Not Responding" etc but runs fine in safe mode.

As above, i've run cc cleaner and fixed registry problems found mbam hasn't found anything and my avast scanner has never flagged any thing up!


The laptop will freeze while using programmes like word or browsing internet its not programme specific. Only hint of a problem is a pop up titled Web browser saying active x isn't working or something along those lines.
