hi... good day everyone,

 

 my name is jasper enriquez from larena siquijor, philippines...

 

we have a problem on his laptop cause it hang up and i enter into CD start up but it won't help... i also tried using Safe Mode but i will frees on this file windows\system32\drivers\aswrvrt.sys.. hope anyone called give some advice on what to do.. ill appreciate it mvery much thank you...

Hi Jasper -

This is avast! - Are you able to download and run this  http://www.avast.com/en-no/uninstall-utility

If not Avast causing the problem, it "may be" a zero access infection

 

 

So please Fully Read Preparation Guide starting at Step #6.

 

NOTE : If you cannot complete any step, then skip it and  still post the topic and leave a full description of your problems.

 

When you have done that, start a new topic and post the required logs to  Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum, NOT Here, for assistance by the Malware Response Team Experts.

 

Please Use Copy and Paste for your responses, and Do Not Attach them unless your helper requests this.
