Starting from about a week ago, I have been receiving this error message. Below that, it says "Windows must now restart because the DCOM Server Process Launcher service terminated unexpectedly" with a close button being th eonly option available. I have done many things to try to fix this by myself including googling instructions to fix this and running malwarebytes's full scan multiple times. In addition to the restarting error, there are also random sound ads playing in the background. In the sound mixer, it says that the sounds are coming from a program called "name not available". Thank you for reading!

I know nothing about this program but it may be worthwhile reading.
