hi !

my windows 8.0 PC is infected by Windows Security Master.

The description to solve this problem is not designed for Windows 8.0

i have tried to boot from a memo stick but couldn't get to the boot options with Key F8 as described.

I tried to find the advanced options with F2, F10 and F12 but without success.

I than booted normal again and logged in to my PC on another user account which was already installed but had no administrator rights given.

I could scan with Malware and the result showed 0 but the log showed 4 files to delete.

I deleted and then changed to my normal user but the problem was no solved.

I wanted to do the following recommended steps but I cannot backup files to an external hard drive.

I also tried to hare my data on the administrator account with the other user account and then tried to back up my data from the second user account but it didn't work.

How can I get to the advanced boot menu and the command prompt in Windows 8.0?

Does the software downloaded for Windows 7 and Vista work with Windows 8.0?

I would be very thankul if someone could help me!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

after learning how to enter safe mode with command prompt in Windows 8 I tried to complete the described routine to delete the virus.  but when I came to step 9 i couldn't download the link to Malware Bytes Antimalware and my already installed Malware software didn't start either!
