I have tried to run most of the programs here for malware.... i try to run malwarebytes and it freezes i am guessing about half way through the scan. even in safe mode it stops responding. What an i do to fix this? I have tried to restore to factory settings as you are to push f11 during boot and it never loads the restore programs needed. i will be running programs and then all of a sudden everything will stop responding and some times it will restart then not respond again,,, truth be told this issue didn't start with my computer till i came to this site on a whim and dl the scanners here from rkill and the whole gambit on a whim as i had never scanned for malware before. I think it sucks that i come to this site to get possible help and it messes up my computer...so any help that is extended i thank you in advance
