Remove everything and reinstall windows Question

if I use "Remove everything and reinstall windows" option, which data will i lose? data from my hard drive containing Windows or data from other drive partitions too?

you should/will[I say it like that because I have yet to use that feature in win8 ] only loose data on the partition containing the windows install
