I hate wasting your time guys but I need a bit of assistance. The computer itself is not running too bad EXCEPT for...... there are certain aspects that are "slow".

Doing an email >> It posts one letter at a time, very slow! If you type out five sentences, it'll take around 60 seconds for it all to appear. I type it, then go do something else (lol).

Anything I VIEW >> The audio does not match up with visual. YouTube for example.

I also play an online game (very honest site, no issues in four years). The audio is like ten seconds ahead of visual, quite annoying. I did ALL the usual scans, came up with nothing. I use Avast, also came up with nothing. Can anyone help me out? I use Windows XP and Internet Explorer.

I did updates to the computer, registry scans etc., I think everything? I also did a system restore to an earlier time BEFORE this issie started but the issue is still there.

Can I fix this for free guys? (money is tight).

Thanks, Ken

<<I did updates to the computer, registry scans etc.>>,

That did not help the situation, registry scans, registry cleaners, optimizers...these may well be responsible for your system problems.

Microsoft support policy for the use of registry cleaning utilities - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2563254 Registry cleaner - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Registry_cleaner   Registry Cleaner FAQ, PC Support - http://pcsupport.about.com/od/registry-cleaner/a/registry-cleaner-faq.htm

In any case, please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:

Also...please follow the instructions at Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

What you posted is fine...but it's only part of what was requested.  The link to the snapshot is important, it allows me to see a lot of data that cannot otherwise be easily summarized.
