I had almost forgotten about Shields Up have not used it many years, dug it up today due to Netgear and Linksys routers back doors.  I did some skulking around found the issue has been resolved.  The link below is great for checking you system, to see if you are protected use all the features. :thumbup2:

No reason to.  To honestly let you know, GRC is not the best way of checking a system for vulnerabilities.  What it is checking, is if there are any open ports on your router, not your computer.

I ran GRC on the lap top, thought it would give a decent indication of what the router was doing am I off on that?

Again, it is only telling you if there are open ports on your router, not on your computer.
