There are usually two(sometimes more) explorer.exe processes running, and one of them usually takes up quite a bit of RAM, usually around 100K. When I end the process of the one using the most memory, nothing happens. So I assume this is the infected version. Malwarebytes is installed on my computer, and is saying that it is blocking outgoing connections started by explorer.exe. I do a Google search for the blocked IP, and usually they are associated with malware. I am running windows 7. I have already tried scanning with malwarebytes and also AVG internet security 2013.
Below are attached screenshots showing the above problems.
<Edit> Windows file explorer is not open during any of this.
