System Restore

I am trying to troubleshoot a friends pc..she is using windows ME she isn't computer literate..my questiom is how do i tell her step by step to get to system restore.? Thankss

Easiest way is to have her go to the Windows Help and Support File and search for "system restore." Generally there will be instructions for using it, as well as a link directly to the application.
Another way is this path:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools and look for System Restore.

Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.
