I read this regarding the lifetime license after the beta goes final. Music4Ever wrote this on Betanews."According to the forum old lifetime licenses will be honored but looks like they are going to cease issuing lifetime licences after final...."

It is also mention here.

There have been changes to the business side of things as well. The major change here is a switch from a one-time payment model to a subscription model. The program will be offered for $24.95 per year when it launches, instead of a lifetime license that you get for the same amount currently.

The company will honor all lifetime licenses. Considering that you can still get one, now may be the time to purchase a license of Anti-Malware Pro to avoid the yearly subscription costs.

The new subscription model allows customers to use the software on up to three PCs, which is an improvement over the 1 PC use of the old.

It appears some of the info provided by ghacks.net is correct but the only official information addressing licenses at this time which I can find at MBAM is in the link provided by 1PW.

With the launch of 2.0, we'll also be moving to a subscription licensing model, $24.95 per year...We will continue to honor existing lifetime licenses, meaning any users that already have a lifetime license for 1.x will continue to have a lifetime license for 2.x. We'll be offering a few thousand more lifetime licenses during launch as well. On top of all of that, new subscription licenses will be valid for 3 PCs, not just 1

Marcin is indicating MBAM will still be offering more lifetime licenses during the 2.0 launch period. How long remains to be seen...most likely they will be providing more details at that time.

They may have added that feature but security experts still do not recommend using any torrent programs or visiting such sites since it is a security risk which can make your system susceptible to a smörgåsbord of malware infections, remote attacks, exposure of personal information, and identity theft.

Have been tempted to go paid, is there still the option of lifetime?  Is there a link to life time did not see a mention on the buy page.  I am old enough not to cost them much!!!!!

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro <- Lifetime License, 1 License/PC

Thanks but the license for paid on four machines is prohibited on my budget, I will stick with their free offerings.  Not opposed to donations which I do for some.  I will try the beta looks very interesting.
