Can anyone help?  Today when I booted up my laptop, I can't access the internet through my wireless network connection.  The connection to the wireless router is fine, but it cannot obtain an IP address.  Through CMD I can view ipconfig, release IP, but get an error message when trying to renew.

unplug the modem and router for 1 minute, then plug the modem in letting the lights settle, then plug the router in, while this is happening reboot the PC. see if that helps.

Hope this helps thumbup.gif
