Everything was fine last night. I shut it down and when I opened it back up it was very slow and no programs will open except for Ad-Aware, which freezes halfway through, and Disk Cleanup, which also freezes halfway through.

Ive rebooted in Safe Mode and Ad-Aware still froze.

Can anybody help me with this?

Did you add any new hardware or software last night that may have caused this?
