Hi. All was well with my laptop until I tried cleaning the scroll pad. The cursor froze and won't move. It works in safe mode. What should I do? Thanks.

Okay. Never mind. Apparently my computer has a cursor lock button. Who would've known? I clicked it and all is well. Thanks.

I've not seen one of those doohickeys before.. did know the L Ctrl+Shift+Scroll Lock trick though.

It's not quite as much fun as inking out a few random letters with marker on the keyboard... or making the startup tone always My Little Pony sounds, no matter how they change it.
