on the WoW Box it says in the Recommended Specification is a GeForce FX 5700. On my other computer i have a 5600 and have been wanting to upgrade. I'm not to technical as some may know, but I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a card that will allow me to run on almost the Highest Graphics, and whats the usual running price? I'm wondering if most WoW lag is caused by a crappy card, RAM or what else? I'm running my internet with Comcast.

The cheapest video card you could get to display all high settings in WoW would be around the $120+ price range, Video cards are a pretty big upgrade and they cost a lot. If you plan on playing any other games in the future I'd recomend getting something a little better. When your looking to upgrade make sure you check what type of Video card your Motherboard Supports. If its AGP, get an AGP card NOT a PCI 16x. and vice versa.
I'm running the game with an ATI X800 Video Card and I can run everything on high with 6x anti-aliasing.

As far as RAM goes, it depends on how much you already have and how much virtual memory you have windows using. If you have 512mb right now, get another 512 to boost it to 1gb. If you have 1gb just get a new video card. MMORPGs tend to use alot of ram since its alot of loading and unloading data from the WoW Servers.

And how can i figure out what type of card my computer will take?

also went searching, would this work good?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16814130283

I went on and searched the ATI X800 and they said that the eVGA Geforce 7600GT works better and with almost the same price.

Also i usually only play WoW and GW, thats basically it other than W3
