Prefetch and Temp auto run folders

How could i auto rn the prefetch and temp folders on startup. I've done it before but it seems its not working.

Why...would you want to?


What's the goal?


Seems to me that trying to autorun the debris in any temporary file...increases vulnerability to malware, if it accomplishes anything.


What Is The Prefetch Folder?

Because I've read that it can slow your computer down if you dont clean it regurlaly
