I'm having a lot of trouble with Opera mail and want to change to another email client and keep all my emails and settings

I already use Thunderbird for my business mail so need to keep it seperate

I tried setting up Win Live mail and it will only import from other Microsoft clients. I dont really like WinLive mail but will use it if I must

I'd like to either import all my Opera mail to winlive if it's possible

or If there is a better free email client that can do this I'd be happy to try it

Foxmail was recommended to me but I can only seem to find the setup in Chinese

Any advice would be much appreciated
