what is the best remote access software to use

I am very new to this forum and would like to know what is the best software to use to access customers computers?

I've used LogMeIn in the past. It worked OK. Of course this what I've used. I never investigated further.

I know there is other software out there.

I use TeamViewer... just to help friends and close people in need...Except for swapping between admin and user functions I've found it very stable and reliable.

I have also used Teamviewer for a long time and it is superb.
However, it is very expensive for commercial use.

Thanks to all that replied to this, I will do the free thing and check into the commercial use. I know there are other brands is there one that good but a decent price for commercial use??
