A "good" "quality" "gaming monitor" for £10-£50?

Best of luck with that one. ;)

In USD, £50 is about $86, which isn't very good.  What size monitor are you wanting?

I mean in terms of screen size, diagonally corner to corner.  Here is a page at a U.K. retailer, you need to pick a screen size.  Obviously the smaller the screen, the lower the cost.  With monitors, you really do get what you pay for.
