recurring problem

when i type, the computer stops and i have to go back and retype. it does this on any website. anybody know why or how to fix this?

If you have a wireless keyboard change the batteries. If not, try a different keyboard to see if that is the problem.

Shut the laptop down, unplug the power cord, remove the battery for 2-3 minutes, replace it, plug the power cord back in and boot the computer.

to condobloke, your advice seems to be working.   i havent had a repeat since then, thanks........
