I think I have a this Trojan that wrote itself over many of my programs and processes ive tried so many things

 

recently I purchased the hp recovery dvd's for like 25 bucks to get a genuine factory reset and here is what my task manager looks like when I turned it on for the first time, it just seems very wrong

 

if anyone would wanna help me out maybe use a remote desktop like teamviewer or something take a closer look I would apprieciate it so much. im just looking for what you can tell me you don't gotta fix nothing I just want to know whats wrong with these two pictures lol so I can go and seek help in the right places cause nothings been working so far.
