Hello,

I have had my computer with Windows 8 x32 and it's been a bit sluggish lately. I don't know what may be causing the issue. Not sure if it's malware (highly doubt it), or some other bug.

Please advise.

Can you elaborate on sluggish? Poor internet browsing speed? Slow when switching applications? Also please list the make and model of the computer.

I have an HP a6157c.

The boot time is slow and apps become unresponsive sometimes. When I type something in a text field it takes time for all characters to show up on the screen.
