I am doing a documentary and need information on what people think or know.
What do you guys think will happen in the future of gaming?
or what would you expect to happen?

The only thing I'm looking forward to gaming-wise is the non-developer version of the Oculus Rift

I don't always use Internet Explorer, but when I do, it's to download a different browser.

They need to involve something like the Oculus Rift but a full body experience... there have been things like this called an omnimus or something, looks pretty badass and more intense than just twiddling thumbs.

I have no knowledge of Oculus Rift, so I can't comment on that.

But the games of this generation are more or less "interactive movies" compared to the games of the past (like Pong, Space Invaders, Super Mario Bros, Castlevania and Zelda). I'm sure that future games will become even more photorealistic than today. We already have models and actresses providing their likenesses for different famous video game characters. For example, Julia Voth and Megan Farquhar "starred" as Jill Valentine and Lara Croft respectively.

Did you hear that last of us got movie of the year (when its a game) imagine things like that but we can move around with our bodys and see with the oculuses (gaming goggles basicly) its going to be about the story and interaction i reckon for the future

Well I don't know if you meant that literally but remember that you still use your keyboard whilst playing on the oculus.

A full body controlled game sounds epic.. but expensive, perhaps..

I would presume that if a developer made something like this it would be along the lines of:

You would apply 2 straps around your hands with sensors on them.

There would be 2 straps around your elbows and kneecaps, as well.

You would use these sensors with the oculus rift to have a fully immersed experience.

Sounds good, if I say so myself ;)

In games I expect a good enticing story line..

The graphics may lack but if the story line is good it's good enough to get anyone hooked. But If both departments lack then it's a whole new recipe for disaster :/
