Okay I am on my husbands computer. it will work okay with 1 tab open MOST of the time. But if you get into a big Flash player type game (Farmville 2 for example) it will almost ALWAYS crash.. it will randomly crash even if you are not on any games (just browsing).. We are also having issues with the BSOD as well but the firefox I believe is the most annoying one so that is why I am posting here..

We have reset firefox already.. didnt work..

removed all add ons & all the extensions that were not required.

Restarted it in Safemode & it still does it..

Cleared Cache/history..

Ran malawarebytes.. often..

Run CCleaner often..

Have AVG on here which runs often as well (Daily I believe)

this is a windows xp.. Built PC.

Anything else you need to know please ask. I do work so I will check in on my breaks & when I am off if I see there is a reply.

I do thank you for your help in advance & Will update if I think of anything else we already tried.. willing to try things again so feel free to shoot the ideas here! Thanks!!

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox itself? Then adding one addon/extension at a time? Testing the tabs/flash game requirements you have issues with with each addon/extension added. It's time consuming and tedious but should isolate your issue.

Make sure that after you uninstall Firefox manually restart the computer.

Does the problem occur only in Firefox, or in other browsers (IE, Chrome) as well?

We are also having issues with the BSOD as well

Which BSOD issue is this specifically?
