Hi-

My mother has been complaining about her laptop for some time now. It being slow and "not doing what she wants."  I ran malwarebytes and she's infected with a new things. PUP.Optional.Conduit.A, Spigot.A, REgCleanerPro, Troja.Priminay (all under PUP.Optional).

She also does not have any virus protection (sigh) so there's no telling what else is wrong with the computer.  All help is appreciated; just let me know what I need to do.

Thanks.

Have you removed the infections with Malwarebytes? That should have solved your issues.

Apologies for the lag. I removed the malware, but my mom needed her computer back  so I'll have to assume all is well for now and come back later if there are more issues.

Thanks for the help anyway.
