I recently noticed 3 disabled user accounts on my system, and I'm wondering if I should just leave them the way they are, or if they are a security risk, for example having them somehow accessed remotely.

I could delete them, but I fear messing the system up if they are required for some reason. Being disabled, does that make them as good as non-existent?

Yes those are all good to be disabled, and no need to delete them
