I am encountering some issues with my sound.

Just at random times my sound reduces with about 75% and I am not even touching my sound options.

Most common when it happens is if I plug my mobile Phone with USB connector into my PC or disconnect it.

But with random times I mean; when watching a YouTube video, playing a game, etc.

If you need any additional information I will be happy to give it you.

I have uploaded a DXDiag as well.
