acer aspire one AOA150 builtin mic not working google voice

I have a acer AOA150 running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit can't get the built in mic to work with google

voice works fine with skype. tried downloading acer crystal eye webcam drivers from acer but keeps 

saying plug in your webcam. google works fine with external webcam. can anyone please help with 

this issue

Hello, From what I have read, you need a Gmail account open in order for the computer to receive an incoming ring. Also, to configure your internal mic click the gear in the upper right corner of Gmail and select Setting. Click the chat tab and under Voice and Video chat should be a drop down box where you can select the internal microphone. If you do not have the drop down box, then you need to install the video plugin.
