The Chrome scrolling bug that previously only affected laptops has now expended to a much larger user base with this week's Chrome update. Scroll buttons have disappeared for most users. CNet reports it is a known issue but Google has no idea when it will be fixed. Fortunately, there is a workaround. Just download the Rescroller extension. You can change anything you like including adding the buttons that aren't there anymore. I have already done this and it works. Check out the CNet link. It contains a link to Rescroller.
