I have music on my computer that I have downloaded and I used windows media player to burn it to a cd so I could play it in my car. The car cd player won't play it. It says non audio cd. Could it ne on the wrong format? What format does it need to be in and is there any free software that will do this

It depends on your car player.

All newer players will play music CD format (.wav) and data CD format (.mp3).

Older players will only play .wav files.
