The Startup Programs Database advises that the very frequently requested rdpclip.exe is a valid program that is required to run at startup

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/rdpclip.exe-21302.html

but a reading of these threads

http://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/292685-missing-rdpclip-exe-please-help.html  #3 & #8

http://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/97418-missing-win7-file-rdpclip-exe.html reply #10

suggests it is frequently reported as "missing" by Autoruns but it is not actually required for the Home Premium version of Windows 7.

If you agree with those opinions, perhaps you might modify the Database entry accordingly to resolve any concerns of Home Premium users?
