I have  a client running win7 x64. They have sharepoint sites that they use. When she goes to the shared documents section, she tries to "open in windows explorer" This sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. No error message, just nothing happens. I tried downgrading her from IE10 to9, but that also did not keep it consistent. has anyone else ever run into this? There is no common denominator from when it happens, to when it doesn't.

Thanks in advance
