Hi,

The event log entry is simply telling you that the system did not shut down cleanly.

I would check that your system (or a component) is not overheating and that there is not a problem with the power supply.

You can use HWMonitor to monitor temperatures, etc.

I check the temperatures of the GPU,CPU with this programm. The cpu temp is at idle 27-34C and at load(gaming) 45-52C. Gpu temp at idle 23-26C and at load 45-50C. The power supply is brand new only one month in service, but how can I check it?

Here's a good article on How Do I Test the Power Supply in My Computer?

And if is my power supply the problem, why is this occuring only sometimes and only while gaming? Is this normal?

How many watts is the psu compared to the required watts of the new gpu?

That psu is fine. I was wanting to make sure you had the recommended watts for the gpu and also the brand. Software conflicts can cause this issue to happen as well.. It does not mean it's hardware related...

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark all the  checkboxes:

Click Go and paste the content of the log into your next post. (Results.txt)

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 ,

*Please post the URL in your next reply along with the MiniToolBox results.*

Something to check also is your audio drivers. If you have more than one audio device showing in device manager, you can try to disable one at a time until you find the culprit causing the crash.

You may access device manager by going to start-right click computer and go to properties. Click Device Manager on the left-Click on Sound, video, game controllers.

If you have more than one, then right click on one of them and choose disable. Restart the PC, and try to play the game again.

In the device manager disable any sound device that you do not use. If you only use the Realtek, then the other 3 should be disabled. You can disable them by right clicking each one and choose disable.

*Please update your audio driver as well*

You may do this by going here and choosing the "R2.73" for Windows 7 either 64bit or 32bit. On the right under the Download section, find a server that corresponds the closest to your location. After downloading, run the .exe file and let it update your audio driver.

*Please choose the corresponding architecture based on your version of Windows. If you're running 64-bit, then download the 64-bit and vise versa*

After doing this, try to launch battlefield 4 and see if it still persists.

As others have said drivers can cause all kinds of problems everything needs to be updated. As far as the Power Corsair are really good PSU's. Your Voltages look good however that doesn't mean that PSU isn't still having issues. It could be failing under heavy load hence while gaming. Typically the computer is down clocked in idle and once the demand is needed for gaming the cpu and fans and gpu is clocked full bore. It could be the motherboard/cpu too. If you are overclocking you need to go back to defaults.

If it's overclocked you would know as you'll be the one who overclocked it. If you've never touched the bios or any 3rd party to overclock, then you're fine. But if your curious, the recommended method is to go look in the BIOS *never get a 3rd party tool to do the overclocking for you* for the overclocking section. If most of the settings are set to disabled or auto then more than likely there factory settings.

Yeah the most settings are like this! I ve disabled all 3 other audio devices showed in device manager, also updated the audio drivers but the problem is poped up again but now without the corrupted noise(it was completely silent) in the event viewer with the kernel-power report are also 2 other reports.
