I have a friend who has a email account ...@msn.com . This morning he says he cannot login to his msn.com email account.

I'm trying to help him recover his msn.com account but the msn website says his email address is not valid ... has Microsoft discontinued @msn.com accounts?

I signed in to my .msn email account with no problems.

msn mail would not be discontinued without notice.

The only thing I can suggest is if your friend has an alternate email send one from there to the msn account and see if he gets a bounce message OR you send to it.

If a bounce message is received post it here. xxx out any parts of the email address BEFORE @wherever.com/net/etc.
