I replaced the motherboard in my cousins laptop, after being put back together it doesn't seem to post.  The computer turns on but does not post.  What would be best case to try to do?  I believe I reset the bios (unplugged/replugged battery), what else can I do?  Do I need to strip it again to try and reseat the CPU? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

FYI it is an HP G60-535dx, motherboard model # is 578232-001
