For free materials, I'd recommend www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com There is a lot of Windows Server 2012 (&R2) material on there.

As others have posted and asked, there are multiple reasons to "Study" Microsoft Server 2012. 1. to Pass and Acheive Microsoft Certification 2.  to learn, implement, and use Windows Server 2012 in a business or home environment and several others. For free you can sign up and use http://technet.microsoft.com/en-US/ they also give free trials of Windows server to train with. I personally have Windows Server 2012 Inside and Out, and Window Server 2008 Inside and Out.  If your goal is to pass Microsoft Certification I would concentrate on prep courses and books designed with the test in mind.
