I have windows 7 as OS on my laptop. As part of normal update and setting, I am getting prompt to update windows 7. After selecting to update my Windows 7, the process tries to update OS and it gives me prompt to restart my laptop.

Upon selection, system shows applying configuration and notifies not to shutdown and it also displays progress.

At the end, it restarts  and after login it shows message "update failed".

No matter how many times I repeat this steps, the end result is the same.

Please help me

Thank in advance
