That topic is in Malware Removal Logs.

One the main forum page, the description of MRL states

For security purposes, only authorized personnel may respond to requests for assistance.

On the MRL main page

Only members of the Malware Response Team or Moderators are allowed to help people with logs. Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log.

At one time, it was possible for someone to respond in a MRL topic even though they should not have done so. Now, if you are not in one of the groups allowed to respond you are told you don't have permission to respond.

Only members of the malware removal team, certain staff, and the one who started the topic in that forum can reply to posts in Malware Removal Logs.

If your system is infected and you need help, you should start your own topic.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at Step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues, what you have done to resolve them, and a link to this topic.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

If HelpBot replies to your topic, PLEASE follow Step One so it will report your topic to the team members.
