net.exe - Bad Image

Whenever i log into my computer or do something with xsplit broadcaster this message pops up. It dosent really effect anything that i know of. Can someone tell me what it means and how i can get rid of it. Ill leave a screenshot with the message i get.

Google search for LMIRfsClientNP.dll

Check this thread @ LogMeIn community. Errors at shutdown and log on (Bad Image and LMI Client DLL)
