In the web address bar i have 3 or 4 web adreesses which will not clear. I have tried deleting history, cookies etc. As well as going to the "content tab for internet settings and "clear forms" This deletes everything except 3 or 4 addresses. Tthe ones which do not delete are not related (ie 1 is google and another is mitsibushi etc), although they are sites which i was on after each other.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Hi polconv.
Haven't seen that issue in years.
Anyway, open regedit and navigate to Hkey_Current User/Software/Microsoft/Internet Explorer/Typed Urls/
Do you see them listed in there? If you do, delete the individual url's from the box on the right only.
Also check Hkey_Users/Default/Software/Microsoft/Internet Explorer/Typed Urls/ and do the same if present.

I would use a program called IEHV (Internet Explorer History View). You can download it HERE. It will show you the history of where you have been, and you will be able to select what sites to delete from memory.

Currently home chillin' with the fam and my two dogs!
