Hello, My name is Joe and just wanted to say that bleeping computer helped get back online after trying for several hours. Got this malware smart guard and im sorry to say that it is probably an open topic. anyway this thing took over my computer and the only web i had was my cell. followed all the steps and loaded the file explore.exe and rkill onto my external sd card...placed it in my computer and just like magic....im on my desktop again. Thanx buddies and will refer you to my friends.
